Mrs Golda Meir, Israeli Foreign Minister, to- day told the Israeli Parliament that what had happened recently in the Gaza strip was absolutely contrary to all promises given to İsrael,
Speaking on the occasion of the parliamentary debate on the budget of her ministry, Mrs Meir added: "We do not hide our disappointment at the fact that the United States did not use all its influence to prevent the situation from deteriorat- ing in Gaza, as is now the case with the return of] the Egyptians."
