PRINCE CHARLES played soccer in public for the first time a few days ago. He kicked the ball with a crowd of shouting playmates from the school he joins for recreation. Playing dress for the Prince was the team's standard brown pants and brown sweater. The game was fast rough-and-tumble, with few rules and whistle stops to spoil the continuity.
