An appeat against a District Judge's award of damages, brought by Hung Ngan, a shoemaker, against Cheung Kee, a building contractor, was heard before the Full Court this morning.

The Court comprised the Chief Justice Mr ustice M. J. Hogan and the Pulsne Judge Mr Justice J. R. Gregg.

Hung Ngan had been awarded $70 as a result of an action against Cheung Kee for breach of contract. In his appeal, appellant is asking for more compen. sation because of losses sustained due to the fact, he said, that shoe cases to be made by respondent had not been completed on schedule.
