Revised Procurement Directive

A revised directive covering procurement by the General Services Ad. ministration (GSA) of materials for the United States stockpiles of strate- gic metals, minerals and commodities has been an- nounced by Mr Arthur Flemming, Director of the Office of Defence Mo bilisation (ODM).
