John Sherman Cooper, United States Ambassador to New Delhi, is strongly urging President Eisenhower, other high officials and Congressmen to take a new look at US economic and political policy with respect to India.
Mr Cooper, here for a month-long series of consultations, argued that the US is not doing all it could to strengthen its friendship with India.
