UN Calls For Implementation

Of Disarmament

Measures

New York, Dec. 12.

The United Nations today called on all states concerned to agree on the early implementation of all "measures of adequately safeguarded disarmament now feasible”.

The General Assembly's political committes adopted a western resolution which would give priority as an initial step to comprehensive disarmament, to President Eisenhower's "open sky" proposals and Soviet Marshal Bulganin's scheme for setting up control posts at strategic contres.
