£4,000 Offer To Sign Up For Wigan Club
Clif Morgan, Cardiff's Welsh international rugby fly-half has turned down an offer to sign for Wigan, the Lancashire Rugby League club. Morgan's decision will be welcomed in Rugby Union circles.
