The United States is starting a new review of its Middle Eastern policy in search of a solution to the Arab- Israel dispute, Administration sources disclosed today.

The review will get a big push when Secretary of State John Foster Dulles returns this weekend from the Big Four Foreign Ministers' con "erence at Geneva.

The Administration hopes to come up with final answers soon on what to do about supplying arms to Isracl, guaranteeing Israel-Arab borders and giving economic aid to develop the area.
