The US Treasury Department has announced a finding that British_manu- facturers and exporters of soil pipe are "dumping" their product on the United States market in violation of the US anti- dumping law.
The Treasury said its findings were based on a majority opinion of the United States Tariff Commission "that an industry 100024 in the United States is being, or is likely to be, injured by reason of the importation of cast iron soil pipe, from the C.
