The US and Britain will warn Russia formally during the Big Four meeting here that Communist arms supplies to the Middle East are endangering world peace, informed sources said today.

US Secretary of State John Foster Dulles and British Foreign Secretary Harold Macmillan were expected to pass on this warning when they meet with Soviet Foreign Minister V. M. Molotov privately later this week.
