Indonesia Sending Mission To S'pore

Singapore, Oct. 10.

Indonesia will shortly be sending a fact-finding mission to Singapore to investigate the trade situa- tion here.

Diplomatic Relations Gain HARRIMAN'S OPINION

New York, Oct. 10.

Mr Averell Harriman, Governor of New York, said tonight that the Soviet Union has gained diplomatic advantages since the Big Four conference at Geneva.

One of the Kremlin's gains, the Gov- ernor said in a speech prepared for delivery before the Hudson Mohawk Council of World Affairs, was West Germany's deci- sion to establish diplomatic relations with Moscow without any prior understanding on German unity.
