Washington, Aug. 2.
The Senate Republican leader, William Knowland, said President Eisen- hower gave Congressional leaders his personal assurances today that he made "no deal to sell out" America's Asian allies at Geneva.
Senator Knowland reported that Mr Eisenhower also declared, in a meeting with his Republican legislative lieutenants, that "no deal or trade" was made with Communist China for the release of 11 American airmen, which Peking an- nounced yesterday.
The Senator made the state- ments to newsmen at the White House in the wake of a speech in which Senator Joseph Mc- charged President Carthy Eisenhower with advancing "the cause of tyranny and murder" and planning the "scil-out" of Naticnalist China ot the Big Four "ummit“ conference al Geneva.
