Prime Minister Ali Sastroamidjojo, Vice-Prime Minister Zainal Arifin, Defence Minister Iwa Kusumasumantri and Major- General Bambang Utoyo went to Bogor this morning to confer with Dr Soekarno at his palace in the small West Java town. They were seeking a way out of the impasse created by the Army's refusal to accept Gen.
