FOUR PAKISTANI RECORDS GO AT NATIONAL ATHLETIC CHAMPIONSHIPS
Four national athletic records went at the Fourth Pakistani "Olympic Games" held at Dacca, in East Pakistan, in the latter part of last month. Best of these was the Discus Throw mark of 148 feet by Lance-Naik Muhammad Ayyub of the Pakistan Army, the third best ever achieved by an Asian.

The other three new records were 12 feet 4 inches in the Pole Vault by Havildar Wadi Khan, 23 feet 1 inch in the Long Jump by Lt. Imtiaz Ali Khan and 32 minutes 29 seconds for the 10,000 Metres run by Naik Mubarak Shah.
