A political storm has broken out in London over the "diplomatic blunder of the year" made by Britain's chief dele- gate at the United Nations, Mr Anthony Nutting, who said in New York yesterday that if Communist China attacked For- mosa, Britain as a U.N. member would be involved.

British newspapers launched sharp attacks against Mr Nutting;
