New York, Nov. 18.
The seven Western "nuclear" powers, seeking unanimity with Russia on the peaceful development of atomic energy, today issued an amended resolution in the United Nations which Russia said was "generally acceptable."
But Mr Andrei Vyshinsky, Soviet delegate submitted an amendment in the Political Committée to allow Communist China to be invited to the scientific conference on atomic energy proposed for next summer.
