London, Nov. 1. Britain's vital docklands spring to life again today when 44,000 dock workers go back to work in eight ports ending a strike which started a month
ago.
Later today, Sir Walter Monckton, Minister of Labour, is expected to assess, the full cost to Britain of the strike which tied up 358 ships and goods worth about £200,000,000.
