An appeal on criminal proceedings against Mr James J. King ended abruptly before Mr Justice Reynolds in the Supreme Court this morning.

Mr M. W. H. Seymour who had filed an appeal against the Magis trate's decision holding that Mr King had no case to answer on a charge of fraudulent conversion of some $6,000, applied through Counsel for leave to withdraw the appeal on the ground of Mr King's ill health.
