New Discussions About A Tunnel

Under Sydney Harbour

FROM H. KING WOOD

Sydney, (By Airmail).

The question of a vehicle tunnel under Sydney Harbour comes up for periodical airings, and after Ratepayer. Engineer, Man in the Street, Student and all the rest of them write their letters to the papers, the question gracefully slips into a pigeonhole somewhere for another few

years.

Premier Cahill brought the subject to light in one of his broadcasts; said one of his Party members had discussed the idea with him and he was going to give it earnest consideration.
