An Indian Navy flotilla, commanded by Rear- Admiral F. A. Ballance, CB, DSO, Flag Officer cruiser (Flotilla), flying his flag on the Indian Delhi, arrived in Hongkong early this morning on a goodwill visit to the Colony.
The flotilla comprises a cruiser, INS Delhi (Captain A. K. Chatterjee), and three destroyers Rajput (Captain R. S. David), Ranjit (Cmdr H. R. Claudius) and Rana (Lt. Cmdr. G. C. Nahaplet).
