The new Vietnam Promier, Ngo Dinh diem, is expected to dissolve the National Council, and to form a Supreme Council vesting it with many of the powers at present held by the Chief of State, Emperor Bao Dai, informed sources said today.
The Supreme Council would be a kind of "council of wise men", or "council of censors", the same sources said. Á similar institution existed in Vietnam under the former monarchy.
