Testifies In
Court Action
Evidence that the currency of the margins paid by plaintiffs against their authority to the Bank to negotiate drafts was in Hongkong dollars and paid in Hongkong was given by Mr M. Ubaghs. Manager of the Banque Belgé Pour l'Etranger (Extreme-Orient) Societe Anonyme, Edinburgh House, when hearing of a claim against the Bank continued before Mr Justice Reynolds in the Supreme Court this morning.
