Threat To Raise Question
At Korean Talks
London, Jan. 31.
The North Korean Foreign Minister, General Nam It today issued
a "resolule protest" against the transfer of Korean and Chinese prisoners of war to "the cliques of Syngman Rhee and Chiang Kai-shek”.
Tass, the official Soviet news agency, quoting Pyongyang Com- munist Radio said Nam Il described the United States action as "pro- vocative" and referred to "mass murders" of prisoners. He also referred American "threats" which, he sai, had prevented the Neutral Re- patriation Commission from exercising its rights of control over pri-
soners.
