Many observers are fearing a nation-wide industrial flare-up following the unsatisfactory position in our basic wage adjustments,

They have a feeling, too, that certain State Governments are not helping the position by virtually over-ruling the Commonwealth Arbitra- tion Court and making their own laws about the adjustments.
