A claim for the return of $5,500 deposit in respect of a contract for carbon black was allowed by Mr. Justice C. W. Reece, Pusine Judge, in the Supreme Court this morning, when he gave judgment for the plaintiffs, the Kwong Hing Hong, merchants, of 17 Wing Wo Street, who brought the claim against the Kwong Cheung Ho, merchants, of 12 Tung Man Street.
A counter-claim brought by defendants against the plaintiffs for $13,335 damages for alleged breach of contract was dismissed by his Lord- ship.
