The Men's "D" and Mixed Doubles "B" Tennis Leagues opened yesterday with a full programme of seven matches, and were featured by one major upset when Inst. year's Men's "D" Division Champions, Chinese Recreation Club, went down to Kowloon Tong by 3% sets to 5.
