HKAAA To Send Athletes To The Asian And The Empire Games

A meeting of the Council of the Hongkong Amateur Athletic Association at the Victoria Recreation Club yesterday decided to commence with preparations for sending athletes to the Asinn Games at Manila in May next year and the Empire Games at Vancouver, Canada, in the summer of 1954.

The meeting decided to circularise all affiliated clubs, asking them to nominate candidates for the Hongkong team and ascertain that such candidates are eligible.
