Government on- $41,000,000 plan to koep Mexico City from sinking deeper into the ground.
The general level of the city is sinking into the clay of an old lake bed at the average rate of 10 Inches a year.
The irregular sinking breaks water and sewer mains, leaves

The plan calls for new small reservoirs around the city to increase the water supplies.
