General Negulb's Government is sending its best cotton salesman to Japan to try to recapture Egypt's pre- war cotton market there.
Hassan el-Mawardy, the Egyptian Government's representative on the Alexandria Cotton Futures Market, told United Press he is procceding shortly to Japan to study the existing cotton conditions there with the object of recovering Egypt's lost ground.
