KOREA TRUCE PROPOSAL
London, Nov. 6.
The British Foreign Secretary, Mr Anthony Eden, said today that Britain considered that the Soviet Government should be pressed' for a "less negative attitude" towards disarmament than it had adopted so far. He was intervening in a House of Commons debate on foreign General Mark Clark and his policy and defence, in which a Labour spokesman, Mr Philip Noel Baker, former Secretary for Commonwealth Relations, had urged that something should be done about disarmament.

Mr Eden said he would raise the issue in the United Nations Assembly · next week. "We wish the work to go ahead," he said.
