REPORTED ADVICE TO SHAH OF PERSIA

Teheran, Sept. 14.

Premier Mohammed Mossadegh today told the Shah that no solu- tion to the country's oil deadlock with Britain was imminent and Iran would have to chart its economy without oil income, informed sources said.

Dr Mossadegh told the Shah in a three-hour audience that it was "impossible, according to the nationalisation laws," to accept the oil pro- posals made recently by President Truman and the British Prime Minis- ter, Mr Winston Churchill.

Meanwhile, the German financial expert, Dr Hjalmar Schacht, left by plage for Germany. He said before leaving that he had not yet submitted his re- porton Iran's financial position but would do so after he returned home.

He added that Iran's banknote coverage was the "best in the world”. The religious Iranian leader,
