The petition was brought by Kwik Slong-kle, merchant, of 229 Gloucester Road, Arst floor, and Chan Hing-wan, widow, of 31 Lamg Kal Terrace. They were represented by Mr John McNeill, QC. and Mr 5, V. Glitins, in- structed by Mr M. A. da Suve.
