A macaroni checso salad, given added flavour with addition of celery,
and vimento, partley onions, can be served with cold cuts and will provide a complete meal for a backyard buffet or quick indoor luncheon or dinner.
★ RECIPE: cup ripe olives; 4 pound processed cheese; 21⁄2 cups cooked macaroni; 2 cups sliced celery; cup diced pimento; 4 cup chopped parsley:
cup mayonnaise: 2 tablespoons drained sweet pickle relish; i ten- spoon grated onion; 1 teaspoon prepared mustard; 4 ter
teaspoon salt; black pepper to taste.
Cut olives from pils into large plices. Dice cheese, or shred it coarsely. Combine olives, cheese, macaroni, celery, pimento, and parsley. Blend mayonnaise, pickle relish, onion, mustard, salt and pepper. Add to macaroni mix- ture and tosa lightly. Servo well chillest. Serves 0.
