In one of these, J. A. Luz, after meeting some initial resistanco from E, Greenwood on the first five heads, went on to win comfortably by 21-6, on the 17th head.
In the other match, T. E. Baker eliminated his clubmate, FR. Kerian, by 21-7 on the 18th head.
The Open Pairs event is now, with the exception of one post- poned match, all in the third round. The only outstanding match that between T. Kavanagh and C. Dowman and H. F. Shields and L Landolt.
