Storage Facilities

The intention of the Dairy Farm, Ice and Cold Storage Co., Ltd, to build a new chiller store and ancillary buildings on their property at Great George Street, Causeway Bay, to relieve the pre- sent pressure of accommodation of cold storage facilities was revealed in the Tenancy Tribunal this morning when an application was made by the Company before Mr W. H. Latimer, President of the Tribunal, for a recommendation for exemp- tion of the land, at present occupied by other tenants, from the provisions of the Landlord and Tenant Ordinance, Chapter 255.
