THE REAL MR TUNG

Helsinki, July 30,

The mystery of China's "missing mui" was solved- today. He's not missing at all.

The man whom the Red Chi- nex Olymple Commitice presen- ted as Tung Shou-yi is actually Tung Shou-yl.

This was conceded this morn- ing even by Guason Hol Nationalist China who has pre- viously charged that the real Tunst Shou-yi had probably died concentration in a Communit comp.

The background of this strange case which has intrigued Olym ple fans for over a week is this: Both Tung Shou-yi and Gun- son Hoh were Chinese delegates on the International Olympic Committee back in the days when there was only one Chin -Nationalist China.

When the Red forces drove the Nationalist lenders and Army out of the country to Formosa, Gunson Hot went with the Na tionalists and sought admittance for his forces into the Helsinki Olympic Games.

Red China also sought ad- mittance, in the name of Tong Shou-yl.

It was a contest quite similar to the one facing the United Nations,
