An appeal against dismissal of an application of the occupiers of premises known as the Lucky Bakery, situated on a valuable site in Kow-to loon, was brought before Mr Justice Reece at the Supreme Court this. morning.
Appellant was Wong Yuk-yip, woman owner of the premises, and she was represented by Mr Brook A. Bernacchi, instructed by Mr Y. H. Chan. :
Respondent was Leung King-pang, trading as the Lucky Bakery, Sung Chi- kong and all other occupiers of 96, Nathan Road, ground floor. They were repre- sented by Mr D. A. L. Wright, on the instructions of Mr J. M. d'Almada Remedios.
