'LITTLE MO' SHOWS THAT SHE TOO CAN SUFFER FROM WIMBLEDON NERVES

London, June 24.

All eight seeded players in the Women's Singles of the All-England Lawn Ten- nis Championships, which were continued at Wimbledon today, got through their opening matches without dropping a set.

Four of them were engaged in first round matches.

American girls are again the strun gest challengers. They have won the title since Miss Dorothy Round was successful for Britain in 1987, and the five United States needed players this year won their opening matches today for the loss of only six games between them.
