London, Dec. 30. Arrangements for Colonial representation at the forthcoming Commonwealth Finance Ministers' Conference in London are expected to be completed within a few days.

As in previous Commonwealth conferences the Colonial territories will be represented by the Secretary of State but the present conference will probably wish to follow the procedure adopted at the recent Materials Conference when certain Colonial delegates were invited to attend the

full meetings of Ministers.

The increasingly important part played by the Colonies in Commonwealth economic affairs! has been fully recognised and they are to have a l voice if only an indirect one-in Mr Oliver Lyttleton who will be advised and assisted by s number of financial experts.
