Tomorrow's Chances At The Valley
By "RAPIER”
The Ninth Race Meeting under the auspices of the Hongkong Jockey Club will be held on two consecutive Saturday afternoons, the first tomorrow and the second on October 27.
Each day's programme will consist of ten events, and it may be worth while to point out that the majority of these are sprint affairs and that a little care in noting the draw for positions may prove profitable.
The first Saddling Bell will be rung at 1.30 p.m. each will commence promptly at 2,00 p.m.
Here are my estimates of the ohances.

Toowoomba Boy in mind, especially as it will be ridden by Mr Renfrew. However, I am mclined to nominate Amber to win, with Trade Wind taking and Wonderful second place, Coin third, leaving Toowoomba Boy as the outsider.
Glamour Butterfly won the Granvlide Handicap over the two mille post (Third Section) at the last meeting, and on that ac- count it has been promoted another class, coupled with penalty of 6 lbs. As it is happier over a short distance I think it will win again.
Liberty Diamond is dangerous, and Saver Fox is another pony likely to do well. Baylight is very fit and is capable of causing en upset.
