NEW 'girls at graduation time will glow with the same spiritual pride and confidence as 20-year-old Betty Jane Hepburn, o Salvation Army cadet who will soon receive her commission -a lleutenant.
By Jane's belief in a bright futura is bred of a family tradi- tion which sets her apart from most girls ct her age. When she selected the Salvation Army's blut-ribboned bonnet as her head- dress for life, she loyally endorsed the ways of two generations,be- efore har. As Lieutenant Hepburn, she will march with her:matımal... andparents, both Salvationis: majors, her father and mother, both. Heutenant-colonels, and her paternal grandparents, three brothers and a sister, who are soldiers, or lay members, in the 85-year-old "International Army, with Rs heart to God and its hand to man."
