THE 42ND YEAR OF THE LAWN TENNIS LEAGUE STARTS NEXT MONDAY

By "ARGONAUT”

Monday, April 30, heralds in the 42nd year of the Colony Inter- club Tennis League competition.

Except for one change, the League will be run on exactly the same lines as last year and ns in the year when it started in 1909 with only the Men's "A" Division. Instead of one League Secretary there will be eight this year, cach drawn from last year's champion teams of the different divisions, to take care of the fixtures for each division.

How many Grand National jockeys would part com. pany with their horses if they were all to employ the knee and thigh grip of the cavalryman?
