'At a meeting of the Grounds Committer of the Hongkong Football Associa tion yesterday, the Chairman, Mr J. C. Guimgam said that the confusion at Caroline Hill on Sunday Inst, when the Senior Challenge Shield game between South China 'and Kit Cheo was played, was caused by bad management or lack of foresight.
