7. Subject to Rules 1, 8 and 9, prizes will be paid to the person who produces the requisite winning ticket. No Fight of payment to a prize can be recognised except the right conferred by the production of the requisite ticket. Winning tickets must be produced and endorsed by the holder before any payment can be made, in any event, payment will not be made earlier than one week of the date of the race.,
