China has told India that she is willing tc hold peace talks with the Tibet- ans but that the matter is a domestic one admitting of ac foreign interference, according to welt informed quarters hero today.
The Peking authorities, in their reply which was received here today to India's note of
"surprise and regret" at the movement of their troops into Tibet, reiterated their stand that Tibet 18 an integral part of China, it was believed.
They expressed willingness to receive the official Tibetan delegation ΠΟΥ in India on the way to China to seek o peaceful settlement of the issue and added that their action la sending troops into the country was necessitated by "pre- judicial activities" the
