Pandit Nehru accuses Pakistan on Kashmir

New Delhi, August 24.

With the failure of Sir Owen Dixon, the United Nations Mediator, to sottle the Indo-Pakistan dispute over Kashmir, the time had come to go back to some fundamental realitios, Pandit Nohru, the In- dian Prime Minister, said here today.
