Mr. Harold Stasson, former Governor of Minnesota and Republican presiden- tial candidato, today urged the establishment of a Marshall Plan for Asia. Mr. Stasson, who is President of the University of Pennsylva- nia, made a mojor policy speech over the Columbia Broadcasting Sys- tom.
He urged the United States to serve notice on Moscow that further Com-
munist expansion anywhere would bring war to Russia.
