on the Far East, said the Tories wanted it made "abundantly clear that there can be no ques- tion of making any concessions to the Com- munist Government of China in order that diplomatic relations can be established."

Import restrictions in China will be modified to facilitate trade between Hong Kong and the big cities on the mainland, according to yesterday's "Bino Tao. Man Po".
The newspaper sald Industrialista and merchants in China have obtained assurances from the People's Central Govern- ment that the restrictions would be removed,
