The Australian Communist Party, destined to be outlawed under a gov. ernment bill now before parliament, has been ready to go under- ground for the past two years, the Melbourne “Sun” reported today. Commenting on a statement by the Communist Party President, Richard Dixon, that the party would carry on even if the government bill were passed, a "Sun" special correspondent said that. every Communist in Australia had been minutely instructed in his underground role. The Australian Lower House will debate the government's bill next week.
