A gin in hor twenties may not bellove now that one day she could overhear, someone say, "Lovely skin and figure, but shoʻs not as young as sho used to bo. That nock of hers is a give-away." If that does happen, she'll learn, too late, one of the most important lessons in beauty care—that prevention is not merely better than cure, it's more practical.
It is easy and pleasant for the young to deal with their looks as they are now, to 'plan a pretty hair style and make-up for next week's party, and leave next year and the year after to take care of themselves.
But it is a sensible girl who realises that one of the greatest beauty assets is the ability to think ahead.
